Raw | Spring honey
With its beautiful golden hue, this honey stands out with a fruitier profile than usual. You’ll notice notes of clover and cherry blossom, with a lovely lingering finish. It retains the distinctive taste of dandelion honey, enhanced by the floral and fruity character typical of summer honey.
A versatile honey you can enjoy in many ways — in cooking, spread on toast, or simply by the spoonful!
Raw honey is harvested and put in jars without heating nor filtration, thus keeping traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax. A tasting experience that transports you into the heart of the hive and allows you to taste the honeycomb’s unique flavour in all its integrality. Freshly harvested, it is in a liquid state, but will then crystallize evenly in a few weeks. It should be consumed in this way to avoid any alterations.
Raw honey conservation advice:
Raw honey lasts indefinitely! We recommend consuming it within two years of harvest
Honey must be stored in a place where heat doesn’t exceed 25 degrees. Above this threshold, change and degradation of sugars may occur.
