Instructions for use and storage: Refrigerate two hours before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Suggested accompaniments: Our rillettes are perfect for brunch. Spread on a good baguette, they are the perfect complement to your cheese platters. They can also be served with onion confit, fresh figs, and walnuts.

Wines and spirits: White wine from the Loire or Burgundy regions, or red wines of your choice.
