Instructions for use and storage: Refrigerate three hours before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Suggested accompaniments: Our rillettes are perfect for brunch. Spread on a good country-style bread, they can also be added to a salad for a protein boost. Pair them with onion confit, fresh figs, and pears.
