Our version of a classic profile. We always develop this coffee specifically for espresso, roasted dark enough to cut through milk. Our current offering is from the Bioma estate, grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region. We find the cup has slightly more caramel sweetness than the previous lot.

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

Our flagship single origin espresso. We constantly rotate between our favorite single farm lots from Espresso. Brazil is the perfect origin for a low acidity crowd pleasing coffee.

Origins: Cerrada Mineiro, Brasil.

Processing Method: Natural.
