Brazil has a lot to offer when it comes to having a really stable classic profiles for espresso and milk based drinks. This coffee is offers low acidity, caramel sweetness, with notes of chocolate and dried fruit.
This is generally our darkest roast on the menu, roasted just dark enough to cut through milk - while still letting the unique character of the bean shine through.
