A Little History of Tigidou Jam
The natives of Île d’Orléans have been called “Sorcerers” since the dawn of time. Is it because of their talent for farming, sailing, or their secret jam recipes? Catherine, a native of the village of Saint-Laurent, and Vincent, who grew up on the family farm in neighboring Saint-Jean, both picked strawberries on the island’s south side as their very first job. Thirty years later, after traveling the world, they returned to their homeland to share their love for discovery, innovation, healthy eating, and above all, the magical little berries from their enchanted island.
