Maple Apple Cream

Remember the taste of Grandma's fudge? Or her sugar pie? That is, if your grandmother came from the Quebec countryside or the working-class neighborhoods of the big city. That's the basis of our caramel. We've also added apples, like in apple butter. It makes the caramel less sweet and more enjoyable.

Made from black maple from Île d'Orléans, pure cream from Laiterie Royala in Saint-Joseph de Beauce and apples from Laval Gagnon farm in Sainte-Famille on Île d'Orléans.
